Follow these steps to obtain your body fat measurement
Locate the area that you will use for your skin-fold test – the suprailiac area.
Stand up straight and pinch the skin fold using your left thumb and left forefinger.
With your right hand, place the jaws of your caliper over the skin fold.
Press your right thumb against the area that’s indicated on the caliper
Take note of where the sliding arrow points on the gauge.
Repeat at least 3 times and take the average measurement.
Refer to the body fat interpretation chart to determine your body fat percentage.
